Charming restored house with wonderful views.
Pretty small house on three levels, in an advanced stage of restructuring, at the top of the village under the ancient castle, with beautiful views of the entire Peligna Valley to the historic town of Sulmona. The ancient precious front door leads into a long room with rustic wooden ceiling which gives access to the bathroom with shower and corner kitchen/dining room fully equipped with new appliances; a wooden staircase leads to a spacious attic room suitable as a bedroom where a skylight with armored glass allows a splendid view of the castle. From the ground floor another characteristic wooden staircase leads to the lower level with a long room with vaulted ceiling and precious stones on the back wall; the room below can be divided obtaining a small bedroom and a study or living room. The windows have small balconies, also equipped with mosquito nets , overlooking the green valley below . The floors of the house are of rustic pottery and the fixtures interior/exterior of sturdy wood and double glazed low-emissivity , in accordance with the criteria of energy saving , double wooden roof covered with old tiles .
